Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join our London office. This senior leadership role will be responsible for building, leading, and managing the company’s sales function, with an initial focus on driving sales of off-plan residential developments across key UAE locations. These markets present strong investment appeal through attractive payment plans and preferential pricing.

As our UK development portfolio advances, the role will expand to include sales of UK-based projects, both off-plan and completed, ensuring a smooth transition as new inventory is introduced to the market.

The successful candidate will combine strategic sales leadership with a strong understanding of international property investment, positioning the company as a trusted partner for UK buyers seeking both lifestyle homes and high-growth investment opportunities.

Head of Sales Key Responsibilities:

  • Set, achieve, and consistently exceed sales targets by leading, motivating, and managing a team of property consultants.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop the sales team through hands-on training, mentoring, and in-depth product knowledge, creating a high-performing sales culture.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, KPI setting, performance reporting, and execution of structured sales plans.
  • Work closely with senior management to assess market positioning, recommend commercial terms for UK developments, and ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and profitable.
  • Monitor market conditions by tracking competitor activity, pricing trends, and buyer sentiment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and international networks to drive lead generation and market intelligence.
  • Identify sales risks, analyse client feedback, and report insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver effective project launches, campaigns, events, and sales-driven content.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, investor briefings, industry events, and networking forums as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ sales experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial metrics, assess market dynamics, and evaluate competitive positioning.
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and upskill sales teams to improve overall effectiveness.
