One of our consultants will then get in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail and confirm whether you’d like to proceed.

Should you decide to move forward, you may be invited to meet with one of our consultants — either in person or online. At this stage, we may conduct initial screening, interview preparation, and any required background or reference checks.

With your permission, we will then submit your CV to the hiring company. The employer will review all shortlisted candidates and decide on the next steps, which may include arranging an interview or declining based on suitability. Any feedback we receive will be passed on to you. If an interview is requested, we will help coordinate the arrangements and keep you updated throughout the process.
