This is an excellent opportunity for Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join a well-established, family-run business in East Sussex. We’re expanding our service and installation teams and are looking for skilled engineers with current gas qualifications. Experience with oil, LPG, and renewables is highly advantageous but not essential.

The Role

• Carry out plumbing and heating service, repair, and installation work
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and safely
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• Manage your time effectively to maintain high standards on every job
• Work in line with best practice, safety regulations, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plumbing and heating
• Current gas qualifications (essential)
• Strong technical ability and fault-finding skills
• Commitment to safe working practices and high standards
• Tidy, professional approach to work
• Good communication and time-management skills
• A genuine desire to deliver the best possible service

Salary Bands

• New Starter: £26,000 – £35,000 (minimum 3 years’ experience)
• Experienced Engineer: £35,000 – £45,000
• Lead Engineer: £45,000 – £55,000+
