The Field Service Engineer will represent the business, installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment across a diverse customer base.
No two days are the same. Your role will involve a mix of scheduled maintenance and reactive callouts for faults and breakdowns. Following comprehensive training, you’ll receive ongoing support from the Technical Team while maintaining a good level of autonomy in managing your daily schedule. Workloads are set realistically, allowing you to meet safety and regulatory standards while delivering excellent service to customers.
You’ll be responsible for responding promptly and efficiently to service calls, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet customer expectations. Monitoring and managing spare parts will also form part of your role, ensuring stock levels align with company policy and support First Time Fix targets. Parts will be tailored to your region and equipment, with replenishment managed through a buy-box system.
While you’ll work independently on-site, you’ll be supported by an experienced team always available to assist when needed. Ongoing training will be provided to support your development.

Benefits:
Location: South West London and Surrey – ideally based in or near Epsom, Sutton, Dorking, or Kingston upon Thames
Job Type: Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with weekend cover on a 1-in-4 rota
Salary: £34,000–£36,000 DOE, plus approximately 10% in overtime and performance-related bonus annually
