Account Manager – Global Enterprise & Partners

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and long-term value across a portfolio of global enterprise customers and strategic partners.

This is a highly consultative, customer-facing role where you’ll own relationships with organisations such as Scality, Weka, HPE, and major enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for building deep partnerships and accelerating growth through both direct and channel-led engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise and OEM accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy
  • Define and execute account strategies, including growth plans, QBRs, and shared success metrics
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software, subscriptions, and services
  • Champion customer success by increasing adoption through tailored onboarding, enablement, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage renewals and mitigate risk, protecting and growing ARR through proactive, data-driven account management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Solution Architects to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Represent us at global partner and industry events (typically up to six trips per year)

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, focused on existing accounts
  • Proven success in managing complex enterprise or OEM relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience in renewals, growth planning, and business cases
  • Confident communicator, experienced in leading QBRs, executive briefings, and strategic reviews
  • Analytical mindset with strong CRM capability (Salesforce or equivalent) and forecasting discipline
  • A natural relationship builder with curiosity, resilience, and strategic insight
