Management Accountant (ID: lePDEkgo)

The Management Accountant role is a hands-on, high-impact finance role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, fast. You’ll own the day-to-day finance function, support leadership with clear, decision-ready insight, and help build a smart, automated, AI-enabled finance operation alongside a sharp, ambitious team.

What you’ll do as a Management Accountant

• Own the finance engine
• Run finance operations end-to-end
• Lead month-end and deliver clean, accurate management accounts
• Produce reporting that explains what’s really happening in the business
• Keep financial systems robust, reliable, and well-controlled
• Support audit, compliance, and all core governance requirements
• Build scalable processes
• Strengthen AP, payroll, expenses, and financial controls
• Automate relentlessly
• Apply AI tools wherever they genuinely improve speed, accuracy, or insight
• Drive insight
• Maintain and improve the financial model
• Support forecasting, scenario planning, and cash flow management
• Partner with leadership to inform real commercial decisions
• Lead from day one
• Act as the first point of contact for all finance-related questions
• Work across every cost centre
• Represent Finance internally and externally with confidence

• Month-end delivered accurately and on time, without hand-holding
• Commentary that adds genuine insight, not just narrative
