Job Description

We are a rapidly growing, creatively driven hospitality group with venues in London, Abu Dhabi, and exciting international expansion projects in Monaco and beyond. Rooted in our family-run origins, we value long-term commitment, collaboration, and shared vision.

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Finance Manager to oversee the group’s financial operations, play a key role in strategic decision-making, and grow into a future CFO position as the business continues to expand.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is motivated by growth and purpose rather than hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Oversight

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations across all venues and entities.
  • Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Ensure accurate accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and VAT submissions.
  • Supervise monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and actionable reporting.
  • Consolidate and analyse financial performance for both UK and international projects.

2. Strategic Planning & Growth Support

  • Assist leadership with financial planning for new openings, refurbishments, and international expansion.
  • Build business models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses for new ventures.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on long-term growth strategies and capital allocation.
  • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities without compromising creativity or operations.
  • Contribute to big-picture financial planning for the group’s growth trajectory.

3. Project & Investment Oversight

  • Track project spend against budget and manage cash flow for fit-outs and openings.
  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and landlords on financial matters, payments, and funding schedules.
  • Support lease negotiations, rent-free periods, and financial agreements with partners.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, cost trackers).

4. Systems, Processes & Reporting

  • Review and enhance accounting systems and internal controls as the group scales.
  • Establish financial reporting structures between venue teams, central finance, and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (HMRC, Companies House, etc.).
  • Support the digital transformation of the finance function, including automation and cloud-based reporting.
  • 5. Leadership & Team Development
  • Work closely with venue GMs, operations, and HR to embed financial awareness across teams.
  • Drive cost control optimisation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency around budgets and costs.

6. International Expansion & Cross-Border Finance

  • Assist with financial structuring, banking, and tax planning for international projects.
  • Support cross-currency forecasting and consolidated reporting for UK and overseas entities.
  • Coordinate with external advisors (auditors, tax specialists) to ensure compliance and optimisation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Finance Manager, Controller, or Senior Accountant looking for the next step.
  • Background in hospitality, F&B, or multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cashflow management, budgeting, and project accounting.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Excited about growing into a CFO role as the business expands.
  • Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and the synergy between business and brand.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the group expands internationally.
  • A collaborative, creative, and family-oriented culture that values purpose and integrity.
  • Exposure to unique projects in London, Monaco, and Abu Dhabi.
  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) with performance-based growth potential.
  • Hybrid working structure and direct input into shaping the company's financial future.
